Nicole’s story is as relatable as it is miraculous. After a year of being so locked up in pain that she couldn’t even put her toddlers in their car seats, she had a spiritual and psychological breakthrough. By getting brutally honest with herself through a specific type of journaling, her chronic back pain was 80% gone by the next morning. Nicole breaks down her healing method into three simple parts that anyone can start today: - Knowledge: Understanding that your brain and body are constantly communicating. - The Work (Journal Speak): A specific, 20-minute daily practice of “unbridled rants” to get the hidden stress out of your system. - Self-Compassion: Learning to change the way you talk to yourself to help your nervous system feel safe. This approach has helped people struggling with fibromyalgia, IBS, migraines, anxiety, PTSD and addiction. As Nicole puts it, pain isn’t a “broken” part of you—it’s information.
